No. Cannis does not grow, trade or dispense. It is the management platform used by those who are authorized to do so: the health professionals who prescribe and the registered civil associations that dispense to their members under Law 27,350.

The Cannabis Program Registry of Argentina's National Ministry of Health. It is what authorizes a person to grow for their own treatment, to designate a solidarity grower or to receive product from a civil organization. Without a current REPROCANN there is no legal access: everything else is a gray area.

The Ministry has 60 business days to decide. When that deadline passes with no answer, the application is not abandoned: a request for an expedited ruling is filed through TAD (the government's online filing system) and, if it is still unresolved, a legal action for administrative delay (amparo por mora) follows. It is part of the service, not an extra.

The application with the Ministry of Health has no cost. What you pay for, if you choose to do it with support, is the consultation with the doctor who evaluates your case and the handling of the process. Doing it on your own is free and always an option.

Registration lasts three years and the link with the professional, one. If the decision deadline passes with no answer, there are administrative ways to file a claim and, once those are exhausted, a legal action for administrative delay. With home growing, you grow at your home for yourself. With solidarity growing, another person grows for you at their home. If you join a civil organization, the organization grows and dispenses to you as a member. They are mutually exclusive: if you register as a home grower, you cannot then join an NGO or enable growing at your own home.

The registration allows possession and transport within what the regulations provide, which is why being able to prove it matters: the patient credential and the dispensing receipt with its verification code are what let you show the legal origin of what you carry.
